Bar Manager

Location: Texas

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead all bar operations, ensuring outstanding guest experiences and operational excellence. This role involves managing a high-performing team, maintaining service standards, and driving financial success in a luxury hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bar operations, including staffing, scheduling, and peak-period coverage.
• Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance team culture through mentorship and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by resolving concerns and anticipating needs.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and bar processes to ensure efficiency.
• Provide interdepartmental support and take on leadership roles as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in bar/restaurant management with strong knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine. Luxury or high-end experience preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility: Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
