Job Description

1.负责学校整体财务运营、内控体系建设，参与重大经营决策，提供建议并支持风险评估与控制。

2.统筹资金结算、会计核算及管理报表报送，为管理层提供决策依据。

3.主导月度和年度预决算，提供财务数据与分析。

4.统筹税务筹划，管理当地税负，控制税务风险。

5.审查重要财务合同，监督执行，保障学校与集团利益。

6.维护与当地工商、税务、银行、中介及监管机构的良好关系。

7.负责财务团队建设、绩效考核及部门间协调。

8.贯彻落实集团财务政策，并及时上报给董事长。

Oversee the school's overall financial operations and internal control system enhancement; participate in major business decisions by providing recommendations and decision support, and engage in risk assessment, guidance, tracking, and control. Manage fund settlement, accounting operations, and timely delivery of management reports and analysis to support decision-making. Lead the preparation of monthly and annual budget and final accounts reports; provide financial data and analysis. Tax planning: Manage local tax obligations in Nigeria and mitigate tax risks. Review key financial contracts and monitor their execution to safeguard the interests of the school and the group. Establish and maintain effective relationships with local authorities including industry and commerce, tax, banks, intermediaries, and capital market regulators. Drive team building in the Finance Department, develop internal performance indicators, manage performance appraisal, and coordinate with other departments. Actively interpret and implement the group's financial policies.
