Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and driven Commercial Loan Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing and developing prospects for various commercial loans, including C&I, CRE, ABL, and LOC.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new commercial loan prospects.
* Structure and secure loans with appropriate collateral.
* Grow and maintain a robust portfolio of loan and deposit business in the Charlotte, NC area.
* Engage actively within the community to build relationships.
* Represent the bank at local events and functions.
* Efficiently manage time and promote all bank products and services.
* Cultivate deep client relationships unique to community banks.

Qualifications:

* Proven expertise in commercial loan structuring and collateralization.
* Demonstrated average annual commercial loan production of $15MM.
* Strong existing book of loan and deposit business in Charlotte, NC.
* Well-connected and involved in the local community.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Ability to effectively promote bank products and services.
