What You Bring:
High School Diploma or GED
Strong communication and active listening skills
Basic computer literacy (we provide guidance!)
Dependable schedule with availability for at least 15 hours/week
A desire to help people and provide top-notch service
Your Home Setup (or willingness to get):
Windows 11 PC (Macs/Chromebooks not supported)
16 GB RAM minimum
Dual Monitors (you can add these later)
USB noise-canceling headset (not needed right away)
Hardwired internet connection preferred for stability
