Soulard Family Dentistry is looking for a front desk receptionist to join our team! This is a new position as we are growing! We are currently a 7 operatory practice with great staff and doctors.
We provide quality care to all patients regardless of insurance coverage. We are in network with just 3 insurances to keep things simple! We care a lot about our employees and do our best to provide a safe, balance work environment.
We are looking for someone with a great attitude and someone who appreciates a healthy work-life balance. We have a great, tenured team. We would prefer someone with dental experience but we are willing to train the right person! We are looking for someone to be the face of the office with a positive attitude and a warm demeanor. Pay will be based on experience level.
The position is Monday Tuesday Wednesday 7:30-5, 7:30AM-2PM with optional Fridays/opportunity for more hours.
Primary Duties include:
-Answer Phone
-Manage office email
-Check In
-Pre-Auth and Med Release Prep
-Check out
-Wipe down general area and keep patient waiting room stocked and tidy
Secondary Duties include:
-Help verify and enter insurance when necessary
-Help with any scanning or clerical work necessary
-Help with claim submission when necessary
