General Dentist Opportunity – Taylor, TX (Suburban Austin) | Established, Modern Private Group Practice

Our well-established, fully PPO/FFS practice in Taylor, Texas is seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join our team as we continue to modernize and grow this respected community practice.

Practice Overview

Our Taylor location has proudly served the community for more than 40 years and recently transitioned to group ownership. The founding dentist remains on staff full-time as an Associate , ensuring continuity of patient care and mentorship as the practice evolves.

The office is large, ideally located, and has excellent structural “bones.” Our group is actively evaluating a full remodel and modernization in the coming years—but before committing to that investment, we're seeking a strong, long-term leader who will have a real stake in the future of the practice.

Practice Snapshot:

• 8 operatories

• CBCT technology

• 1 full-time doctor (founding dentist)

• 2 Dental Assistants

• 2 Front Office (including Office Lead)

• Recruiting 1 Full-Time Hygienist (currently supported by a full-time temp hygienist until hire is made)

• 100% PPO / FFS – No Medicaid

⚙ Clinical & Procedural Focus

We're looking for a confident, team-oriented dentist comfortable with bread-and-butter dentistry and interested in growing the office's implant and restorative capabilities. This is a great opportunity for a doctor who values patient relationships, autonomy, and long-term growth within a supportive, group-owned private practice model.

Compensation & Schedule

• 30% of Collections

• Forecasted Annual Earnings: $230,400 – $288,000+

• No lab or supply fees

• W-2 employment with full administrative and operational support

• Flexible schedule (4–5 days per week, Monday–Friday)
