Onsite, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $22/hr DOE

Job Summary of the Export Logistics Support Coordinator position
Integr8Staff is partnering with a top-notch export produce company. We are searching for a motivated Export Logistics Support Coordinator who is an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills. The Export Logistics Support Coordinator can expect to work with the accounting and sales departments statuses, processing and recording transactions, and assisting with order fulfillment. He/she should have an understanding of basic import and export logistics principles and proficiency with any SAP software, as well as MS Excel. This is an excellent opportunity with limitless growth potential.

Responsibilities of the Export Logistics Support Coordinator position
Confirm departure of export shipments from growers’ facilities to sea or ocean freight port
Daily communication between suppliers, ocean carriers, customers and within company.
Work with sales team and accounting department to keep everyone abreast of order sales
Receive and enter orders packing list details.
Provide customers with tracking information, ETA’s and statuses on orders.
Communicate regularly with transportation trucking, shipment companies
Negotiate best rates with transportation carriers to improve margins and cost
Handling communications with customers and vendors via email and phone.
Processing transactions, issuing checks, EFT and ACH.

Requirements of the Export Logistics Support Coordinator position
Experience with SAP Software preferred
Import and Export logistics knowledge preferred but not required
Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong typing and accuracy skills with attention to detail required
Commitment to working efficiently and accurately
