Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Help develop health and wellness plans for clients based on assessments and goals
  • Conduct fitness evaluations and provide exercise guidance tailored to individual needs
  • Monitor clients' progress and adjust wellness plans as needed to ensure effectiveness
  • Educate clients on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle choices to promote overall well-being
  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics and standards in all interactions
Qualifications:
  • Personal training, or experience in a related field such as Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Health Promotion
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
