Residential HVAC Installer & Duct Mechanic 

HERS is looking to immediately hire a Lead Residential HVAC installer to join an established HVAC company. Must have a working knowledge and one to three-year’s experience in residential HVAC field to include: code requirements, standard field practices, trouble shooting, repair, installation and preventative maintenance for residential and light commercial HVAC systems as well as experience working with duct. Become a member of a team devoted towards top craftsmanship and quality customer service.

HVAC company is looking for a full-time/year-round Lead Residential HVAC installer to deliver the highest quality, positive timely installation experience for their customers. The goal is to complete consistent satisfactory installations to maximize customer relations and profitability. Looking for a team player with strong communications skills and a desire to provide quality, honest service to each customer. We need confident, experienced, trustworthy, professional technician for their company. This full-time position offers training. Majority of work will be in Valdosta area but need to be willing to travel to surrounding counties if needed. This full-time position is offering $15.00 to $19.00 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Complete satisfactory installations in a timely manner;
• Performs duties so as to deliver excellent customer service and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction;
• Retain a consistent track record for installations without error;
• Create and maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers;
• Document processes;
• Operate vehicle in a safe manner with clean record – will be validated;
• Follow company’s procedures and protocols;
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization; and
• As required, completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough, and timely manner.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of residential/light commercial instillation or HVAC service experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules;
• Driver’s license and clean driving record; and
• Ability to pass drug and background screening.
