Job Description

JND Mechanical is seeking Reliable installers with a minimum 1 years of verifiable experience, pay is based on your experience, with top wages available for qualified variable duct mechanics. JND Mechanical is an ESOP Company providing premium employee benefits, with above average wages.
We are not a Piece Work company.
Hourly wages with time and a half for over 40 hours weekly.  

The Ideal Candidate:

• At least 1 year of installation experience in any of the following - duct board, flex duct, snap lock and rectangular sheet metal. Must have tools to match qualification.
• Reading of blueprints and understanding mechanical codes is a plus, we offer this training to candidates with ambition and drive.
• Ability to work with others, follow direction and preforming tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and work an 8-hourshift, safely and productively in heavy construction environments. Hard shoes, safety vest and hard hat are mandatory.
• Must have reliable transportation to commute to and from job sites.

***Must be a qualified linear diffuser installer***
