Job Title: Industrial Painter
Pay: $23–$26/hour + $2 Shift Differential
Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM, Monday–Friday
Location: Catoosa, OK
Duration: Temp to Hire

Job Description:

We are currently hiring an experienced Industrial Painter for a reputable manufacturing company in Catoosa, OK . The Industrial Painter will be responsible for prepping and painting various industrial components , including small and large parts, as well as touch-ups and final finishes for shipment. Candidates must be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and skilled in mixing and applying multi-part paints.

About the Role:

Paint and prep industrial components , including small parts , large parts , touch-ups , and final coolers for shipment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain the paint pump
• Mix multi-part paints
• Identify and apply paint according to paint specification sheets
• Prep parts and components prior to painting
• Maintain a clean and organized mix room
• Record paint usage accurately
• Apply paint and correct any paint defects
• Operate manlifts and cranes
• Perform other duties as assigned or directed by the supervisor

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in manufacturing ; heat exchanger industry experience is a plus
• Certified to operate cranes and manlifts or willing to obtain certification
• Solid understanding of industrial painting practices and applications
• Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Must work well in a team environment
• Capable of frequent reaching , lifting , climbing , stooping , kneeling , crouching , pushing , pulling , and balancing
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Ability to follow JSA , work instructions , and wear required PPE
• Committed to workplace safety and maintaining a clean, hazard-free space
• Able to identify and appropriately handle defective items
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Takes pride in producing quality work daily
