A successful Licensed Residential Service Plumber is a skilled troubleshooter and customer advocate, swiftly diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues. Additionally, you will be actively helping to grow our Plumbing division. You will prioritize customer satisfaction, exceeding expectations through your efficient work and clear communication.

Tasks for the Licensed Residential Service Plumber: - Complete plumbing, drain cleaning, and other related residential service calls.
- Repair pipes, tanks, and water fixtures as needed.
- Installing pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and heating and cooling systems.
- Testing systems for leaks and other problems.
- Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
- Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
- Show yourself as a professional and be knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
- Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts, and installation teams.
- Ensure truck inventory is up to date.
- Complete paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Participate in weekly meetings and training for professional growth.
Requirements of the Licensed Residential Service Plumber: - 4+ years of hands-on experience in Residential Service Plumbing.
- Required: Plumbing Journeyman/Master license.
- Highly Preferred: Experience managing plumbers.
- Service Titan experience a plus!
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to apply them on the job.
- Passion for communicating with customers and resolving plumbing issues.
- Competitive individual contributor with a team-oriented mindset.
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to train and mentor apprentices.
- Ability to work rotating on-call schedule.
