We are seeking an Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management Consultant to join our team. This role will involve leading the people side of large-scale Workday implementations with a strong focus on Supply Chain and Finance functions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in enterprise change management, Workday deployments, stakeholder engagement, and driving adoption across complex organizations, along with a passion for enabling successful digital and process transformation.
Job Title: Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management Consultant Location: Remote Duration: 77 Weeks Contract Job DescriptionThe Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management Consultant will provide end-to-end change management support for enterprise Workday implementations, with an emphasis on Supply Chain Management and Finance domains. This Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management Consultant role partners closely with executive sponsors, project leadership, functional subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new systems, processes, and operating models.
As an embedded member of Workday program teams, the Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management Consultant will lead change efforts across planning, design, implementation, and stabilization phases. The role requires strong expertise in structured change methodologies, executive-level communication, and the ability to influence across matrixed environments. A successful Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management Consultant will help drive readiness, adoption, and sustained value realization from Workday Finance and Supply Chain solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead change management strategy and execution for Workday Finance and Supply Chain initiatives, including Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, Strategic Sourcing, General Ledger, and Financial Reporting.
Conduct stakeholder identification, impact assessments, readiness analyses, and change risk evaluations across finance and supply chain organizations.
Design and deliver integrated change plans covering communications, training, engagement, and adoption aligned to Workday deployment milestones.
Advise executive sponsors, functional leaders, and project teams on effective change strategies and mitigation of adoption risks.
Serve as a liaison between Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management teams and Workday program leadership.
Partner with training teams to ensure role-based learning aligns with redesigned business processes and Workday functionality.
Coach senior leaders and executives to fulfill sponsorship responsibilities and reinforce change adoption.
Support frontline managers and supervisors in leading teams through system and process changes.
Measure change effectiveness and adoption outcomes; recommend and implement corrective actions as needed.
Contribute to change documentation, playbooks, and best-practice knowledge sharing.
Proven experience leading change management for Workday Finance and/or Supply Chain implementations.
Strong understanding of finance and supply chain business processes in large, complex organizations.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
Hands-on experience applying structured change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive-level presentation skills.
Healthcare, large enterprise, or shared services environments.
Multi-module Workday deployments.
Organizational design or operating model transformation experience.
