Senior Technical Project Manager

• Develop integrated project plans, timelines, and schedules to drive execution across multiple workstreams.
• Lead status meetings, steering committees, and executive updates to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Organize sprints, backlog grooming, PI planning, and retrospectives to ensure continuous delivery.
• Maintain RAID logs, escalate blockers early, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Align engineering, security, network, and product teams to deliver cohesive outcomes.
• Monitor budget burn, validate milestone completion, and support invoicing documentation.
• Capture decisions, outcomes, and best practices to strengthen governance and delivery models going forward.
