Job Title: Senior Tax AccountantJob Description We are seeking a seasoned temporary Senior Tax Accountant with deep expertise in tax provision and ASC740 compliance. This role is critical in supporting quarterly and annual close processes, preparing tax provision entries, and reviewing FAS 109 provisions for foreign entities. Responsibilities + Perform quarterly and annual close activities related to tax accounting. + Prepare current tax provision entries for partnerships and corporations, including dividends and foreign tax credits. + Review FAS 109 provisions for foreign entities to ensure compliance. + Assist with ASC740 tax accounting reviews, identifying and resolving discrepancies. + Utilize tax provision software to compute and validate tax entries. + Review and analyze tax provision submissions from global entities. Essential Skills + Minimum 8+ years of relevant tax accounting experience. + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. + Strong understanding of ASC740, FAS 109, and international tax provisions. + Proficiency in tax provision software and Microsoft Excel. + Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in a publicly traded company or large corporate environment. + Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, legal, and international teams. + Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Work Environment This position is onsite in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, from Monday to Friday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $52.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
